American PA of 10 yrs here 🙋🏻♀️. There is a well established role for PAs in the US. Our systems are different but specific requirements should be made for training, recert, etc. abroad like in the US. It is grossly inaccurate to assume every PA is poorly educated and cannot make complex diagnoses.
