Do you always get up at the same time? I had a friend who slept until 3:30am and then would be up until the next night. He got between 3-5 hours regularly and had been that way since he was a kid!

I def think you’re onto something. I can tell my ND “symptoms” from my peri symptoms, and how my mask is totally gone now. It’s a huge reason I left my job last year. I couldn’t fake things anymore.
