It would have been my Dad’s 91st birthday today. Over the last 2 years I’ve realised grief is never very far beneath the surface. So today, I’m moping, crying and remembering with love. Solidarity to everyone going through the same thing x

I had loads to do today- cleaning, tidying, bit of work, big shop. Haven’t done any of it as I started reading this by @nivenj1.bsky.social this morning and couldn’t stop until I’d finished it. Read it, it is superb.
