Ours is mid/late summer. The first and second cuts of hay are normal but it seems to dry up right after that second cut until fall. The trad folks still take the third cut it they can get it though. I’m small and I leave it standing now and winter graze. Last year it was a fed declared drought.

Grain training is the best. I do the same with my cattle. I sleep a little better knowing they’re in for the night too. Nice little breeding group btw.

Yeeeaah, I did the same with knitting. All I did was tie up my own hands in knots. Then a friend told me they can teach monkeys how to knit so I could learn too. Anyway. I still cant knit. 🤣💀
