it’s so fucking upsetting that almost 6 years after young 15 year old me made this post im still having to defend victims rights and their stories. i will never understand. how abusers continue to get away with horrendous acts.

Some people do know about this but most don't. I have and still am working through this and I think its time that I can openly say that it happened. I'm not ashamed. It happened and it made me who I am. I am writing a narrative for my English class about sexual assault and rape. My hope is to not only help myself but maybe help others through what has happened to them. It is to spread awareness and to show people that these things do happen to people. For my narrative I am hoping to get multiple different perspectives and stories.
