I legit had a panic attack bc I JUST put it the toddler lock on today and u can’t unlock it w/o the app. I unplugged the Hatch, plugged it back in and quickly pressed the top to the right setting I wanted. Idk if that helps ur situation but I’m so glad it’s working so far.
