Same! I ended up having to get fillings done and legit I was shaking when she did the numbing and just squeezed the armrest during the entire appointment

This was me two weeks ago! Legit I have the worst dental anxiety and fear.

Ugh I hate those days! The absolute worst. I had one of those nights in the past couple weeks and the next day I could barely function.

This is my mom’s dog and I didn’t realize till I moved out how much having him around helped me emotionally.
