Plz reach out to the Mayor. Since the 2021 charter amendment he has operational control of the city while council members are to do legislation and annual budgeting. It’s hard for CMs to tell public works to fix those lights faster but the Mayor can.

I have this from the 2020 census on race and renter %. I don’t know how many people in each precinct but it will be interesting to see voter turnout numbers. I’ll guess that 7-4 and 7-2 are very high up there for turnout!
