My niece asked for a Very Hungry Caterpillar scarf for Christmas and i couldn't find a pattern so I figured out how to crochet this myself. I'm pretty proud (and she's delighted.) She's also 20, in case you're curious. 😄

Our humans decided to let a dog live with us for a while. They say she's very nice and she only wants to play with us.

We're watching a friend's dog for a while and she loves to play with the ball. It's not fetch, but i throw the ball, she catches it, and then runs at me over and over as if she'll drop it (but doesn't.) Seems to be her favorite game and it makes me laugh.

Posting a dumb thing that brought me joy today. I was leaving my workplace to go for a walk at lunchtime and it struck me that this leaf looks like a heart. I know, it also just looks like a leaf, but it made me smile.

Toby has taken to putting his paws on the cabinet to stretch up toward the counter when I'm in the kitchen. I can take a bit of food and let him sniff it, then move it away from him. It's entertaining when he's clearly thinking "why would you eat THAT? It's not dairy or bread."
