I know, but my question is, how do we fix this? WE need to set that narrative before the 2025 pushers try to define what the left wants to do in a negative light. I’m not sure if what I’m trying to say makes sense but the right is infamous for erroneously defining what the left lays out as a plan.

What is the plan for the immigrants in El Salvador? Trump is a master of the cluster f*ck, creating something people are “for” with no long term plan. If Democrats take control they need a solid plan. Paying to keep them there 75 years is not a plan (but I think that’s Trumps “plan”).

I don’t think they see unity and community as weakness, HOWEVER, the version of unity and community they see is actually tribalism. Once you try to include equity and equality into unity and community, they’re gone! It pisses them off.

Sadly, I recognized it because someone I know shared it. I wasn’t going to read it, initially, but then thought I should, only to see what the reds are taking stock in. They are all in, hanging on to whatever threads they can garner.

Seems weird to me that some random person on Facebook knew Trump’s strategy and now Trump is willing to expose this to the public. Good negotiators don’t reveal their strategy. Seems more like someone came up with a narrative that half-assed fit what the Trumplicans wanted to hear.
