Tried to take some pics today. You want to do straight leg stretches and also bent leg stretches to get the stretch a little lower into your soleus muscle. If you put a wedge (or a rolled up sock in this case) under your back leg big toe you will also get a little more stretch into the PF.

And finally related to stretching... Get yourself a dorsal splint for sleeping. It is uncomfortable AF but it holds your foot in a dorsiflexed position so you are passively stretching your calf while you sleep.
