Took a break from the horror today and drove up to Sassafras Mountain, the highest point in South Carolina. You can stand in both South Carolina and North Carolina at the overlook. Sunday I'll be back at it on the bridge in Mauldin, SC.

My grandson being silly at the Asia Garden, Furman University, Greenville, SC. Meanwhile I meditate on whether to fight or flee. Freeze is not acceptable. I have to admit the CEO assassination has got me back in fight mode. Down with the ruling class!

Relaxing over the weekend hiking at Sam's Gap, NC and spending time with friends in Asheville. Came home to Greenville, SC and shut off Sling (no MSNBC) and working on meditating, reading, time with tribe, etc. My blood pressure is much better.

My grandson and the black swans at Furman University Lake in Greenville, SC remind me of what's good and beautiful in this world and gives me the motivation to not give up. Tomorrow I join my Tell Them Tuesday group to plan for this new nightmare reality.
