There are so many people being hurt by the government shut down people losing food & people not getting paid. None of this is right. But there is zero reason why Democrats should believe that Republicans will truly have conversations about healthcare after they pass a clean CR.

Those 10 examples are only a few. But recent history tells me that there should be a lot of hesitancy when it comes to trusting the republican party especially when it comes to laws ( ACA) which they have been trying to repeal, (& not replace cause they have NEVER put a plan for replacement out)

🔟 Jan 2021 lawmakers ran & hid for their lives because of the attack on the capital but now they are fine with people who threaten their lives, tried to overthrow our gov., violently attacked the people who protect their safety, & disturbed the work Americans need done, walking free.

6️⃣ July 2017 Pushed through law that removed the requirement for employers to offer insurance which was originally in ACA

7️⃣ 2018 & 2019 1st DJT admin cut the assistance for enrollment, making it harder to enroll

2️⃣ January 19th 2011 - pushed bill to repeal ACA

3️⃣ 2011-2012 they took 30 additional votes to repeal ACA

4️⃣ 2016 President Obama had to veto a bill that was passed to repeal ACA

5️⃣ March 2017 House again proposed to repeal but couldn’t get enough votes so
Leadership dropped it
