It was a struggle but my final competition marmalade is complete! Off to the post office tomorrow! This one is “Lemon and Meyer Lemon Marmalade with Local Honey and Foraged Elderflower”. So happy with how perfumed and floral it is 💛🍋💛

I’m loving how different each of my marmalades are this year!

Third competition marmalade is done! A classic Seville Orange Marmalade that looks like bottled sunshine 🌞 🍊🫙🧡 I might add an experimental one this weekend. We will see! Either way I am extremely happy with my three main entries! Off to the post office! 📦🫙🍊✈️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿✏️

The best time to eat a peach when it is perfectly ripe, juicy and fragrant, at the height of summer. The next best time to eat a peach is on a cold & snowy winter’s day. Here in the snow, that beautiful peach full of sunshine is suspended in a raspberry syrup. The winter peach is magnificent.

Finishing off my competition marmalades for the Dalemain World Marmalade Awards this week. Still finalizing categories but I’m super happy with how this Australian Blood Orange and rose marmalade turned out!
