SO proud of these people! None had used porcelain clay before and they all created such beautiful nature-inspired pieces, responding to the plants at beautiful @Barnsdale Gardens! 🍁

I mapped as I walked… generating a gentle tangle of memories, with each knot marking 50 steps.

Overhead, thousands of starlings danced in the evening sky.

Absolutely delighted - these super-fragile porcelain sculptures survived the heat of the kiln!! 😃

on the bottom left there's a female hand, the thumb and first finger are touching the edge of a tiny white porcelain flower that's part of a larger sculpture. The flower is about 5mm across. It's joined to a cluster of other porcelain flowers, leaves, lichens and shells by long entwined strands of porcelain that create a swirling shape. In the top right there's a glimpse of another part of the sculpture with tiny porcelain shells and leaves on three strands of porcelain making a swirling circle.

I love this time of year!

Yellow Flag Irises in dappled light, under willow trees. The flowers are lemon yellow and in full bloom. They're held on long tall stems with long thin straight leaves.

Well that's not something I've done before! Rubbing foil in to old carvings - to understand their lines. The carvings are near impossible to see except in bright sun!

On old bridges on the historic location of Westings Meadow (a long-forgotten place).
