I wish my county in Virginia would have had the balls to refuse, no, they actually let them do it for cheaper than any other place! They gave them the deal of the century and us lowly residents will foot the bill.

If we had a functioning independent thinking congress I would agree, but sadly they haven’t done the job they were elected to do since Trump took office. All the GOP are nothing more than trumps boot lickers.
