After I moved to Canada a couple of years ago I realized that I was no longer constantly running a massive stress routine in the background of my mind worrying about health care and guns. It was weirdly noticeable only when it stopped.

I’ve been posting this like crazy. Thirty states have local elections. WI and PA have Supreme Court elections and VA and NJ have statewide. Want to send a message to Trump and MAGA? Win those races. OK has primaries on Feb 11th! Want to fight that lunatic Education Sec there? RUN for school board!

Do you hate the rise of scapegoating, bigotry, violence, & fascism? Then, fight aggressively for impoverished people & the working poor to have #1 stable housing & #2 mental health care, YESTERDAY! As the bottom falls out, the fear will keep fueling the fire of "Not enough for all."

Cutting contact with "friends" who treat ya like crap is part of the growth process. It definitely lightens the unnecessary burdens.
