@GovernorVA I write with shame, as one who used to "sentence" persons to solitary confinement. I did this as a volunteer in our local jail but since learned how inhumane it is. Governor Youngkin, please sign without delay SB 1409 to limit the horrendous practice of solitary confinement in Virginia!
