Lee and Senators Fetterman and McCormick via @resistbot: As a Pennsylvania resident, I am a power user of Libby, an app which allows library patrons to check out audiobooks and ebooks electronically. I have cards through my local Public Library, the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, and The Free Library of Philadelphia. I was incensed today to learn that the Institute of Museum & Library Services has been DOGE’d. That department funds a lot of library services that users like me depend on. Please step up to protect the services your constituents rely on: IMLS, Medicare and Medicaid, and hundreds of others. We are counting on you!
