Thanks to everyone who pushed back. Yes, we need to "talk about AI." And more: we to talk about the corporations, the real people, who are creating AI & deciding how it works. AI did not just appear like a meteor. It is a *product.* So, no, hosting AI authors at lit festivals is not the way forward.
