Hamas members live in Gaza, so yes, they are civilians there. Some of them are members of the political wing, some run schools, etc. Just like IDF members are also civilians in Israel when they are not serving & fighting.

The high schoolers are not that far off. Try finding an unbiased story about Palestinians or Iran. Any maritime law experts interviewed on the Venezuela strikes? Just quotes from US politicians spouting misinformation & outright lies.
