But again, in order to make #NC01 redder, other GOP-held districts would likely have to be made bluer.
Currently districts #NC13 (Trump +16) and #NC03 (Trump +22) surround #NC01.
Even if those were made slightly bluer, they'd be very tough to flip.
So this is a 5-alarm fire for NC Dems.
