Females and predatory bats appear to integrate water ripples produced by calls, but do they care about swat ripples?

That is, could attacks by the frog-biting midge create effects that cascade throughout the communication network, and shift relative male fitness?

Had a great time at #ABS2025! Met with old and new friends. Learned a lot about the importance of collaborations at all levels of our career path and how important is to show up and share our own experiences.
