Happy 87th Birthday to Azerbaijan's Akram Aylisli, whom I am proud to translate. Aylisli still lives under de facto house arrest because his own government fears the power of his writing. Pls support #bannedbooks, #persecutedwriters, and the publishers who publish this vital, life-giving writing!
