Because f-k I started when I was too old. It’s so depressing being the elderly f-ing obviously trans person who is shunned by everyone, both cis and trans. Maybe it’s more than just being old. But all of those reasons also suck.

I just finished Nevada by Imogen Binnie. This book is so important, I can’t believe I didn’t read it years ago. Like much of trans literature, the people and circumstances are foreign to me. But the deep inherent truth and insight into trans life resonates.
