Like, I'm sorry but when someone is on the side liking posts from GC lobby organizations in the US that compare gender affirming care to _Nazi experimentation_, they are not friendly, even if they're trans.

The idea that kids are "assigned a sex at birth," that they can discover they were mistakenly assigned the wrong sex, "born in the wrong bodies," and must be hormonally and surgically be reconstructed on demand in order to reveal "their true selves" have been sold as a natural extension of the gay and lesbian rights movement. Unfortunately, many professionals consuming this narrative don't know that homophobic medicine bolstered by Nazi experimentation had used the very same interventions for decades - not to liberate but to persecute gay men and lesbians for our sexuality. They don't know that the idea of sex change as a cure for homosexuality is rooted in the original pseudoscientific formation of inversion - in the case of women, the idea that lesbians are "men in women's bodies."
