Oh I live in the US but have never felt welcomed, albeit every tax dollar spent and picking up English with ease. Canadians are honestly the kindest, but they won’t let you push them around and know their worth!

Yes fair, I got you! Because most fail to look or research and likely your response will be as much research as one will do, it’s important (to me at least) to make it clear that many other folks pay taxes, not only citizens.

Sorry, that is simply not true. Undocumented migrants paid over $90B in taxes in 2022.

Correction: only those with right to work status, green card and citizenship , h1B, (and many many many others), pay taxes. Even undocumented immigrants pay taxes.

Tell me more? I’m considering this too. Can you go back to green card? I regret moving through with citizenship and should just have stayed with green card. Are you living outside the US?

I grew up going to this stadium. We never booed the other team. We always cheered for our team. So this… is quite an important change to note.
