Also they are not returning them to their country. They are taking them to prisons in El Salvador, Guantanamo, Djibouti, etc. to PRISON without being accused of a crime or without due process. And then they claim they gave no jurisdiction to get them out of prison.

They are not bothering to check whether someone is here legally or not. People have permission to stay and work until their court case but ICE is ignoring that
