Immunity exists as long as people are not held accountable for their crimes. Laws are only as real as their enforcement.

Don't negotiate with terrorists. Scrap the entire DHS and start over with people and a system that can enforce laws without breaking them.

Average taxpayers wouldn't object, but our country is run to increase shareholder value. For-profit prisons have contracts with guaranteed occupancy rates, and their business has only expanded with all of these detention centers.

Good people don't do this job. Working for ICE is unlikely to be their only crime.
