My 58 y/o, healthy, vibrant sister tripped while walking the dog, she lay in coma for several days until it was clear she wouldn't recover.
As a nurse, she'd made it very clear what her wishes were.
It made unexpected hell a great deal easier.

Your periodic reminder to make a will early in your life, keep it updated, and make sure people know what they need to know about your stuff. Also, when people are helping a loved one on their journey, do not pester them about stuff
