I’ve always considered myself to be quite a positive person, but this morning I have discovered that I am a cynical irritable hag! Sat on the Hull-Leeds train, there are hands free phone calls, very loud chats! I’m going to buy earphones for the journey home!

Insomnia, why do you taunt me with sleepy feelings then chatter in my brain like an incessant child? Well in 2 mths’ time when I get my Darth Vada mask (sleep apnea to the uninitiated), I will sleep like the dead & continue to snore very loudly!!! That’ll teach you for keeping me awake for 30 yrs!!
