It's good for my soul to hear that you got that dissertation. Not a lot of that going on at the moment (things good for my soul).

As a war crimes investigator, I should have known better (considering the character limit) than to comment on a war crimes post, lol. I'm going to have to resist in the future.

In any event, our common ground: we agree these acts are unlawful.

The key here is that there is not one iota of wiggle room for legal maneuvering w/the 2nd strike. In addition to US domestic law(s), international law is clear: anyone who is shipwrecked, wounded, or surrendering is protected & deliberately killing them is a war crime of wilful killing or murder.

It's actually both. A declared war is not a requirement for an act to be a war crime--just an armed conflict (which applies even when only one side is armed/killing). Based solely on public info, these acts are both war crimes & extrajudicial executions (formal way of saying state-sponsored murder).

This one I cannot even watch in clips. What a disgrace to the rule of law, the United States, and women. *retch*

War crimes.

Not only is she fine with with war crimes overall & good with extrajudicial executions--but she has the wanton desire to see people suffer? That is a sadistic, depraved, twisted mind & black heart. I will never understand.

I'm with you on this. Of those I am aware of, he seems the best potential candidate.

He might be one of those knuckleheads but his point is one I agree with. We not only need to improve the education of the American people (average literacy level for American adults is 7th grade), we need to support & elect (cliche as it sounds) the best & brightest. Blackburn? Tuberville? Please.

At different times, they've blocked formula for babies (knowing malnourished moms are not lactating well or at all), maternity kits for pregnant women, crutches (think of all the amputees), pain medication, and a lot more. Over decades, not just during the genocide. Depraved. Sadistic.
