We saw The Lion, the Witch & the Wardrobe at Leeds Playhouse last night: it was beautifully done with an amazing set. But I’m afraid nothing can compete with this, which we had to revisit when we got home (it was on TV before I was born, but is still as magical as all the times I watched as a kid):

Every day Labour is losing support in the polls; every day the far right come up with a hundred more reasons why Starmer is a communist dictator… and we’re still just doing this? Who is this impressing? Can we not try a new technique of not alienating a good proportion of your regular core voters?
