Yep. He thinks because in his head he believes stupid shit that he had a right. What I noticed is that this wouldn't have been an issue if he was a decent father to begin with because he obviously didn't have the right to have choice in the child's medical. The courts felt he couldn't make those.

My city is a border city and on the 20th we will stop advertising to America and they will be charged double for anything touristy they want to do here. My friends already posted he will no longer accept American orders and has NO AMERICANS sign on his business door.
