In a footnote, a swipe at Johnson's weak argument that Pelosi took about a month to swear in Rep. Julia Letlow, which it says was at Letlow's request: "Ms. Grijalva would be delighted if Speaker Johnson would contact her to commit to a mutually agreeable time, as Speaker Pelosi did for Dr. Letlow."

important complication here - Trump admin did not appeal district court's second TRO which blocked deployment of all Guard from any state/DC into Oregon. Majority here seems to accept Trump admin reasoning that this ruling dissolves that TRO too — Graber, in dissent, says no it doesn't
