The issue is at Provincial level. There is a huge mismatch between Federal recognition of credentials and the Provincial (gatekeeping) accreditation process in many professionals which is long, costly and narrow minded.

100% and a great way to do this is UBI. Why are we not even talking about this in any meaningful way. UBI tackles the root causes of poverty and costs less than incarceration and bandaid programs that really do nothing substantial in creating real change.
