Love this time of year in the Taiwan garden! So many tomatoes right now! The bowl on our dining table is constantly overflowing.

It’s chilly! Feels like is 7 C. I don’t think Pie has left this blanket all day.

Our local 711 has an entire freezer and shelving area full of vegan and vegetarian groceries. We grabbed a pack of vegan sausages and made this pumpkin, red onion, and garlic casserole. Lemon thyme and parsley from the garden, a pistachio “Parmesan” and bread from the traditional market.
