Avoid Premera Blue Cross as your insurance. They aren’t concerned about your privacy.
A Premera Blue Cross employee purposely accessed my husband and my medical records. She then told my daughter in law and texted her the information. She looked up at least 5 family members and 3 other people. So glad we are dropping Premera. I no longer trust them. Handling this poorly.
