I’m watching Loki season 2 right now and it just feels so… messy? It’s as though the plot is trying to find something to settle on, I legit don’t know what’s important and what isn’t

Saw a post recently that employees should be able to enjoy their lunch break in peace and decompress from being stuck with the same people all day. I couldn’t relate any harder to that post than I do today

I’m graduating in one month. 4 years of hard work and getting my degree flew by, it’s so surreal still that I’m finished. In ways it felt like I was never there??

Going through grandad’s things and found this really small and rusted oil lamp. I don’t know if I’d ever use this in my own future house but I’d still love to get it cleaned up. It was made in America, but I have no idea how old it is

I probably shouldn’t have listened to Preacher’s Daughter by Ethel Cain at work because it took so much to not let the tears fall hearing it’s closing song Strangers. It’s such an amazingly sad album 😩 it’s so GOOD

I went over to my grandads house to do some cataloguing of his DVD’s. We managed to find over 300 DVDs so far, and we’ve more to go! Including VHS tapes, other hidden dvds and then his massive collection of records 🫣

Finished the linework for the moth bitten library prompt with Drawtober. It’s possibly the most detailed drawing I’ve made in a while and my wrist is letting me know all about it!

Another little wip for Drawtober! It feels good being able to lose myself in drawing, even if trying to accurately portray bones is very difficult 😆

A little work in progress for Drawtober this year. I messed with the values more because it felt too flat before. Values are something I’ve struggled with for so long but I’m gonna push myself to do better!

We managed to get the camcorder to turn on and play through the tv! He was singing, and I use that term lightly, at a wedding, dancing with his family… it was really nice to see him look so spry!
