Went to the Chihuly Exhibit at the Biltmore Estate this week. I’m a big fan of his neon work, this first photo includes his neon “tumbleweed” along with glass reeds and wood from the Biltmore Estate.

Another project from the @SVA Continuing Education class I recently completed, I designed a book jacket for Frankenstein. I created the type out of suture stitches, and wrote the author’s name in blackletter.

Took a bead weaving class today and had a lot of fun! I hadn’t done bead weaving since I was a kid but it came back to me pretty quickly.
