Meeting Lill in 2018 was a much-needed shock to the system for me at a really crucial moment of my young adulthood. They were so wise and moved with a deep commitment to a liberatory politics that defied what the NPIC deemed as the norm. They’re gone too soon - may their memory be a blessing.

I did NOT like that one. Her movies are really her best work, I’m still devastated by The Future years after I last watched it 💀

I love her but some of her books are better than others. It Chooses You and No One Belongs Here More Than You are the best ones imo
