My 10 year old is CONSTANTLY making bracelets. Rainbow looming, penny beads, those tiny clay risk beads. It really is all the rage. And I have no idea where all these bracelets go.

I have to believe it’s the institutions insisting these students receive high grades. I’ve known many professors and not 1 is happy to give grades that aren’t earned. Many are threatened with disciplinary action if they don’t. There are exceptions but it’s definitely the minority.

My kids like to play “car rainbow” any time we go out so I can confidently say a green car is sometimes as hard to find as yellow or purple. We seem to have a strange number of orange cars in our area.

Presented without commentary: Today I got a memo at work saying if we want to use an AI graphic for anything, please send it to the Graphics department so they can make it as un-AI as possible because costumers are siting the use of AI graphics as a reason for canceling their subscription.

I spent most of my teaching career in middle & high schools and the # of times a kid told me their parents was CALLING them in the middle of class and they had to answer… you would not believe it.
