The death toll from yesterday’s Russian strike on a residential building in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, has risen to two.

Rescuers recovered the body of a woman from the rubble, Mayor Oleksandr Honcharenko reported. She had been visiting a friend when the attack occurred.

Ukraine carried out a record number of strikes on Russian oil refineries in November, Bloomberg reported.
