I loved Twin Peaks. One year for Halloween I dressed up as the Log Lady. No one got it. As obscure as it was, it’s still one of my favorite costumes.

Showing up is half the challenge, getting it done is the other half. I classify today’s #Run as a character builder. Dark, 38F and steady rain was really sucky. But I did it. And I hit my paces - and lots of puddles. Most importantly, I feel great!

One of my favorite things is to geek out about running shoes. I’m currently training in Asics Novablast 4 and Saucony Endorphin Speed 3.
After the Christmas chaos I will add Brooks Launch 11 as my daily trainer and Brooks Hyperion 2 for workouts.
