Was it Steinbeck who saw women that way or was he portraying how women were treated in his time? There are a lot of inhuman villains out there still. Some are women. I loved this book in high school. Found it still moved me a few years ago. Such a great story teller.

Shadow president Musk and Agent Orange, his trusty sidekick, have only just to sow chaos. I don’t know that we can survive four years and five weeks of this. Hopefully there’s a faction of the GOP that will continue to stand against them.
