I’m listening as usual 😊 Just recovering from a weekend of festival-going, with a full day at Hay Festival on Saturday and Wychwood Festival yesterday. I took my copy of ‘Out Of Chaos Comes Bliss’ and had a wonderfully relaxed hour and a half reading that after my partner had taken our children home

Had a lovely short walk/cycle with the children yesterday, mainly along the River Ebbw, from home in Aberbeeg to Six Bells Guardian. We passed the community herb garden and sampled some mint, chives and fennel & spotted plenty of butterflies (mainly green veined white and one orange tip) and birds 🎶
