Why is no one else talking about this? It seems legit?

They truly think that is the correct path for learning.

Yesterday I told my husband that at least one of us must always retain access to an academic library (currently we both have access). How do other people actually establish facts?!

Why is he always standing around at gas stations, looking into the distance and squinting? He is like a tween wannabe influencer, living his whole cursed existence like it is a photo-op.

When I was a child I would get so excited when library books were due after my birthday. That meant the big day was coming soon!!

A life marked in library books.

I work in higher ed and we are pretty much locked into only purchasing on Amazon. I hate it.

This looks cool, but has anyone working for the CTA rode the west branch of the blue line lately? There is some lower hanging fruit in the system...

Having fun isn't hard, when you've got a library card.
December 7, 2025 at 4:22 AM
I think that all the time. Seriously, what other big city is as pretty?!

Classic "changing of the goal posts" in pseudoscience. We get rid of the Hg, so now the conspiracy theorists focus on Al. It will always be something.

Oh my gosh, I see the floor of my future bathroom.

I've found the social media for my neighborhood to be great for ideas like this. We have a very charming and active local Facebook page (i know, i know). Or a library, local bar or bookstore might sponsor!
