So, I’ve spent 20 years on Meta and that’s a LOT of personal history that I don’t want to lose. I have no way of retrieving that history if my accounts get involuntarily shut down. So, I downloaded all of it. Here are the screenshots & instructions. saved it to my local machine and google drive.
