here's an improved version where i added a step to show that the next note being altered is always a tritone away (three "tones" or whole-steps, or 180 degrees on the circle) from the previously altered note. here all alterations are sharps, since it goes from "dark" (Locrian) to "light" (Lydian)

here's a little explainer animation i made to show how the sequence of "dark-to-light" transitions between diatonic modes can be achieved via sequence of "sharp" alterations (semitone raise), in the Locrian-Phrygian-Aeolian-Dorian-Mixolydian-Ionian-Lydian order (reverse "light-to-dark" also works)

in other news, i made an attempt at transposing Hoagy Carmichael's 1929 hit song, "Rockin' Chair", to C Major (from the original Eb major key)... CAUTION: still pending approval by my music teacher :)

here's a pitch constellation diagram for an interesting octotonic scale, that can also be considered as two heptatonic scales (ascending and descending), depending on which note you use for the 3rd position (major/minor), I think it's sometimes called the "Flamenco mode" (root position=12 o'clock)
