These are incredibly expansive - the USG could run a lawnmower over Balkan political, economic elites (ruling & oppo) with these criteria. The Q is will the outgoing Biden admin rev it up & use at such, or - as before - use sanctions as a messaging app rather than a broom. Hope the latter.

AV više ne može vratiti situaciju u Srbiji u pređašnje stanje. Spremnost da na građane šalje batinaše samo potencira pitanja kada će se i kako dogoditi njegov odlazak s vlasti, a ne da li će se to desiti.
